Can you work out 5 minutes a day for 5 days in a row?

Furious Five delivers daily 5-minute workouts that will challenge you like no other app in the App Store.

DAILY ROUTINES
Open Furious Five every day to discover new fitness challenges that target different body parts. Workouts are designed to produce a well-rounded athlete.

Chose between Strength, Fat Burn or Toning 5-minute exercise routines.

Need an extra challenge—try and do all 3 daily routines! (if you somehow manage, please email us! [email protected], wed love to meet you!)

NEW! FURIOUS FINISHERS
After youve completed an insane 5 minute home workout, get ready for a new challenge. Weve designed the new finishers to really kick your butt and squeeze out all remaining sweat you have left. Dont fret though, these are totally optional.

5-DAY CHALLENGE
Completing your first routine will trigger a 5-day challenge. Complete 5 days in a row to earn Furious Medals. Collect all 24, if you can.

FULL-BODY WARM-UPS
Every routine comes with skippable warm-ups designed to prep your whole body for the intense challenge ahead. From the wrists to your neck, we make sure your body isnt caught by surprise.

TESTED BY TOP ATHLETES
Furious Five is designed to challenge even the most experienced athletes. From Calisthenics champs to CrossFit Games athletes, weve made sure our fitness routines are as powerful as humanly possible.

Furious Five fitness challenges work as a stand-alone workout or as powerful compliments to a rigorous exercise regimen.

APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
You can send your workout data from Furious Five to Apple Health. Use your Apple Watch to accurately track calories burned.

STAY SAFE
Furious Five are very intense workouts. Its your responsibility to stay safe and exercise according to your fitness level. We recommend you always do the 5-minute warm-ups before any routine. Stop the workout if youre feeling dizzy. Pause the routine to catch some air if you need it—its ok to take a breath.
